30-Day Returns
Not completely satisfied? You have 30 days from receiving your ReJuvé products to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns will get a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If a product is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at hairbyju3@gmail.com.

EU Orders – 14-Day Returns
For EU shipments, you have 14 days to return any order, for any reason. Products must be unopened, unused, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take longer. If over 15 business days pass, email hairbyju3@gmail.com.
